What is a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning refers to a basic cleaning service that includes routine tasks to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in a space. It typically involves dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and cleaning common areas. A standard cleaning is designed to keep your space fresh and presentable, but it may not include deep cleaning or specialized services.

What is a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning is often an option when the home has not been professionally serviced in the last 1-3 Months. A deep cleaning provides the technicians with additional time to provide detailing of the home. If you have particular areas in the home that would need special attention, it’s best to inform the us in the main office who will then update the cleaner.

What is a move in/out cleaning ?

A move in/out cleaning is best described as a reset of the home, preparing it for a new resident. It is often used for individuals who are planning to relocate. The service includes the inside of cabinets, closets and ONE of each appliance. Too Green requires that the home is at least 90% empty by the time service begins. Our technicians will clean around any areas not empty if reasonable and possible.

What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?

A standard cleaning is the cleaning of exposed surfaces whereas a deep cleaning includes more attention to detail such as baseboards and window ledges! Upgrading your cleaning to a Deep Cleaning would provide the technician with more time to work in detailing.

 For example if the kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in over a month it will require additional time to bring up to a standard condition.

What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a move in/out cleaning?

A standard cleaning is only the cleaning of exposed areas in the home and a Move In/out cleaning includes the inside of cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, inside of closets and (1) of each appliance. Any additional appliance is at an additional rate.

How many cleaner(s) are included in a cleaning? 

The number of technicians may vary depending on the size of the home and cleaner availability. Pricing includes (1) ONE cleaner. To guarantee an additional cleaner is at an additional rate.

What time will the cleaner(s) arrive?

For residential properties there is a time range between 1-2 Hours for a technician to arrive. We can not guarantee a specific time outside the time range for appointments.

Do you provide cleaning for common areas only?

Yes! Common area cleaning is at the minimum of two and a half hours (2.5) and includes ONE full bathroom in the cleaning.  

What additional upgrades can be added to my service?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

All appointment cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid forfeit of half of payment made. All clients that cancel their appointment within 24 hours of appointment are not subject to refund. Customer will receive a credit that will be valid for 6 months. You may reschedule to a new date and time. 

How do I pay?

We are a cashless business and only accept payment via debit or credit cards. ( For residential clients only ) You must pay for your service in full to secure your appointment time and date. You can call us for a FREE QUOTE, we will send you a quote/invoice for services requested via email or you can book online.

Do you provide hourly rates?

Yes, hour hourly rate is $70 Per Hour with a (2.5) Two and a half hour minimum. 

Can the price be lowered?

The company has a minimum of $70.00 per hour to dispatch a technician for service. This price includes 2.5 hours of only standard service needs.
